Dear Clients,

In the BitClub Network case, several new court filings have recently been submitted, and our legal team continues to closely monitor all deadlines and proceedings. Key updates are as follows:

  1. Access to seized documents (ECF 510, 512)
The defendant requested access to search warrants, inventories, and other materials related to seized assets to verify the accuracy of the records.
  2. Return of seized property (ECF 520, 541)
The defendant requested the return of certain digital assets and U.S. currency for which no forfeiture proceedings have been initiated.
  3. Supplemental legal arguments (ECF 542)
The defendant raised potential misapplications of legal standards in the Court’s prior decision, including the classification of BitClub Network “shares,” selective-prosecution standards, and access to evidence.
  4. Weeks’ request for pretrial scheduling and discovery deadlines (ECF 546)
Defendant Weeks requested the Court to set clear deadlines for discovery, pretrial motions, and a fixed trial date, without waiving his Speedy Trial rights.
  5. Government’s response to Weeks’ bail modification request (ECF 547)
The Government opposed removing the lien on Weeks’ family property, citing the risk of flight. The Government also noted Weeks’ repeated frivolous and duplicative filings and requested that all of his pending motions be denied.
  6. Continuance in the Goettsche case
The Court granted a continuance through January 31, 2026, due to the complexity of the case and the large volume of evidence, to allow proper preparation for a jury trial.

Our legal team continues to monitor all filings, deadlines, and Court actions to ensure timely updates and protect the rights of the defendants.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
