This week we have updated the restitution claims from our clients in accordance with the laws and regulations of the American legal system, with assistance from our colleagues from New York.
We are still waiting on a reply from the competent authority. Given the usual timeframe, we should expect a response in about 30 days after they have received our request.

In dieser Woche haben wir unseren Antrag mit Hilfe und in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Kollegen aus New York gemäß den Verfahren des amerikanischen Justizsystems aktualisiert.
Wir haben noch keine Rückmeldung von der handelnden Behörde erhalten. Angesichts der üblichen Fristen dürfte dies etwa 30 Tage nach Eingang unseres Antrags der Fall sein.
