According to the latest information, the case is in the final phase of this review, after which the court should make a decision regarding the confirmation of the indictment and the opening of the main trial.

The confirmation of the indictment is a key moment in any criminal case, as it confirms that there is sufficient evidence to charge the defendants with the alleged crimes. Once confirmed, the case will proceed to the main trial phase, during which evidence will be presented, witnesses and experts will be heard, and the defendants will have the opportunity to present their defense.

In this specific case, given the international nature of the fraud and the number of victims from different countries, we expect the court process to be complex and time-consuming. However, because the investigation has been thoroughly conducted, we expect that the prosecution will have strong evidence to support the charges.

It is also important to note that in the further stages of the case, asset recovery and compensation for victims will be discussed – that is, the possibility for the victims to recover some of the damages from the seized assets of the accused. Nach den neuesten Informationen befindet sich der Fall in der letzten Phase dieser Überprüfung, nach der das Gericht eine Entscheidung über die Bestätigung der Anklage und die Eröffnung des Hauptverfahrens treffen sollte.
