Grand Pacific Trade Call Center Scam Newsletter No. 89

Dear Clients,

International investment fraud cases can take several years to reach their final stages. During that time, victims may change their address, telephone number, email address or even the bank account originally used in connection with their investment.

For this reason, we would like to remind you of the importance of keeping your contact and relevant financial information up to date.

Why can this become important?

As proceedings develop, authorities may request additional information from victims, confirmation of previously submitted details or documentation necessary for a potential restitution or compensation process.

Outdated contact information can make it more difficult to reach a victim when a response is required. Similarly, changes to the bank account originally used for transfers do not affect your status as a victim, but information concerning the original account and transactions should always be preserved.

We therefore recommend that you retain records relating to accounts used for your investment even if those accounts have since been closed. Bank statements, transfer confirmations and other transaction records may remain relevant evidence regardless of whether the account is still active.

If your email address, telephone number, residential address or other important contact information provided to us has changed, please inform our team so that we can keep our records up to date.

There is no need to resend documentation that you have already provided unless we specifically request it. The purpose is simply to ensure that we can contact you promptly if additional information or action becomes necessary in connection with your case.

We continue to monitor the relevant proceedings and will inform you as soon as there is any verified development requiring your attention.

Thank you for your continued trust.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
