Jubilee Ace/ Jenco/ GTR / 3Key – Lyra Newsletter No. 207
Dear Clients,
In large international cases, such as the Jubilee Group, the question we hear most often is not when the proceedings will end, but:
“What is happening with my claim in the meantime?”
While the investigation is ongoing, it is important to understand the following:
- Your claim does not disappear or get “lost” simply because there are no public updates.
- Documentation and evidence already submitted remain part of the case and will be used in future procedural steps.
- There is no obligation for victims to take additional action while the competent authorities are handling the matter.
In international cases, the process often appears “quiet” because most activity occurs behind the scenes and through formal channels between countries. This is standard procedure, not a sign of inactivity.
For this reason, it is important not to respond to external calls, offers, or “solutions” outside the official process, as they do not affect the status of your claim and can often cause harm.
When conditions allow for the next steps that can be publicly shared, clients will be informed promptly.
Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
