Jubilee Ace/ Jenco/ GTR / 3Key – Lyra Newsletter No. 222
Dear Clients,
This week, we would like to address an issue that often creates additional confusion for a large number of injured parties during the course of proceedings.
Based on previous experience, it is common for individuals who used the same platform to have completely different experiences during communication and while using their accounts.
While some users are shown certain profits or account balances, others may receive different information regarding the status of their accounts. In some situations, certain individuals may be allowed to withdraw smaller amounts of funds, while others are asked to make additional payments, complete verification procedures, or satisfy various administrative requirements.
Additionally, injured parties frequently report receiving different explanations regarding the reasons why funds allegedly could not be withdrawn.
Some individuals are informed about supposed tax obligations, while others are told about verification fees, account activation requirements, technical issues, or other alleged procedures.
Based on previous experience, such differences in communication and treatment among users are not unusual.
On the contrary, in certain cases, an individualized approach toward different users may represent one of the methods used to maintain trust and prolong communication over an extended period of time.
From the perspective of ongoing proceedings, this is one of the reasons why comparing information and circumstances across multiple cases may become important, as details that appear unique in one individual case may later indicate a broader pattern of conduct.
For this reason, circumstances that initially appear different on an individual level may sometimes become relevant when viewed within the context of a larger number of cases.
You will be timely informed of any further developments and updates regarding the proceedings.
Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
