Dear Clients,

In our previous update, we explained that the criminal complaint concerning Jubilee is in the final stage of preparation for submission to the competent authorities in Sweden.

The complaint has not yet been formally submitted, and we will notify you once the filing has taken place.

In the meantime, we would like to explain what the formal submission of the complaint will mean and what clients should expect after that point.

Filing the complaint is the beginning of the authorities’ assessment

The submission of a criminal complaint does not mean that criminal proceedings automatically begin before a court.

Once the complaint and accompanying documentation are received, the competent Swedish authorities will have the opportunity to review the allegations, supporting evidence and information concerning the individuals and entities involved.

It will then be for the competent authorities to determine what further measures, if any, should be taken.

Depending on their assessment, this may include requests for additional information, examination of financial transactions, verification of individuals and companies referred to in the complaint, or other investigative measures available under Swedish law.

What does this mean for individual investors?

The complaint is being prepared on the basis of the information and documentation currently available to us, including material relating to affected investors.

Once it has been filed, it is possible that additional information may be requested in relation to particular individuals or transactions.

This does not necessarily mean that every investor will be contacted individually.

If the authorities require additional documentation or information concerning a particular client, we will contact that person directly and explain what is required.

Will information from other proceedings remain relevant?

Yes.

As we explained previously, Jubilee involves an international factual background, including information concerning Jubilee Ace, Jenco, GTR and individuals and entities connected with the broader investment structure.

Proceedings and information originating from other jurisdictions may therefore remain relevant to understanding the wider factual background.

At the same time, the Swedish authorities will make their own assessment based on the information and evidence available to them. Proceedings conducted in different countries remain legally separate, and developments in one jurisdiction do not automatically determine the outcome in another.

No action is currently required from clients

At this stage, you do not need to resend documentation that you have already provided, unless we contact you with a specific request.

However, if you receive any new communication relating to Jubilee, Jenco or GTR, or obtain new information concerning payments, bank accounts, cryptocurrency transactions, companies or individuals connected with your investment, please preserve it and forward it to us.

The formal filing of the criminal complaint will represent an important procedural step, but it will also mark the beginning of a new phase in which the competent Swedish authorities will determine how the matter should proceed.

We will inform you once the criminal complaint has been formally submitted and provide further information regarding the next steps.
