Dear Clients,

We are pleased to inform you that we have now submitted a criminal complaint concerning Jubilee Group to the Swedish Police, together with supporting evidence and documentation collected on behalf of affected investors.

This represents an important step in our ongoing efforts to protect the interests of Jubilee Group victims and pursue the available legal avenues.

Criminal complaint submitted in Sweden

Following extensive work on preparing and organising the relevant documentation, we have submitted our criminal complaint to the competent Swedish authorities.

The submission includes information concerning the reported activities, supporting evidence, details of affected investors and the relevant powers of attorney.

Our complaint is intended to supplement information previously reported to the Swedish authorities and provide a more comprehensive picture of the circumstances surrounding Jubilee Group and the financial losses suffered by investors.

Why is this step important?

International investment fraud cases often involve multiple individuals, companies and financial transactions across different jurisdictions.

An investment platform may operate under one name while other entities or individuals are involved in payment processing, communications, marketing or the management of investors’ funds.

Identifying these connections may be important in determining how the reported activities were organised, who may have been involved and whether there are grounds for establishing legal responsibility.

The documentation submitted to the Swedish authorities is intended to assist in examining these circumstances and identifying the relevant participants.

What happens next?

The submission of a criminal complaint does not automatically mean that a formal investigation has been opened or that criminal responsibility has been established.

The competent Swedish authorities will determine what further action, if any, is appropriate based on the information and evidence available to them.

We will continue to follow the matter, cooperate with the relevant authorities where appropriate and provide additional information or documentation if requested.

What does this mean for Jubilee Group victims?

For affected investors, this submission represents a concrete legal step towards having the reported activities examined by the competent authorities.

Information obtained through potential proceedings may also become relevant when assessing possible avenues for compensation and recovery of financial losses, subject to the applicable legal framework.

While the submission itself does not guarantee a particular outcome, it is an important part of our continued efforts to pursue accountability and protect the interests of affected investors.

No additional action is currently required from our clients.

We will inform you of any significant developments or further procedural steps that may affect your position.

Thank you for your continued patience and trust.

Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
