In today’s newsletter, you will find another excerpt from the criminal complaint in the Jubilee Group case that we have written and submitted in different jurisdictions.

…Considering that these offenses are prosecuted ex officio, I propose that the competent prosecution, in accordance with jurisdictional and substantive competence, bring charges against the accused individuals for the aforementioned criminal offenses.

Based on this information, the legal representative proposes the following measures:

• That the competent prosecution initiates criminal proceedings against the accused individuals listed in “Evidence No. 2”,
• That the operations of the mentioned companies be investigated to determine their ownership structure and responsible individuals,
• That the victims be interviewed to substantiate the allegations stated in the criminal report through their statements,

GrandPacificTrade is a scam, a fake stock trading platform. It is an organized fraud carried out through a call center. The companies Olympus Prime and Asgard, based in Belgrade, gave it the appearance of legitimacy. The suspects have been arrested, and criminal proceedings are underway in Belgrade.

In this case, we represent the victims who responded to an online advertisement promoting the cryptocurrency trading platform “Grand Pacific Trade”. The platform’s website was www.grandpacifictrade.com, but access to it is no longer possible.
