Dear Clients,

Over the past weeks, our on-call team has been actively monitoring developments related to this case. Prosecutors and police in Germany have continued to summon victims of this fraud to provide statements. We have been preparing those summoned to give quality testimonies.

Additionally, during this period, we have received many inquiries from victims. We have responded to questions individually, and the most common questions have been systematized, and we will now share the answers with you as we have done last week.

Does Jubilee Group have any explanations, or are they submitting evidence in their defense?

• Before filing the criminal report, we contacted the directors and promoters of Jubilee Group and explained our intention to file criminal charges if our clients were not fully compensated.
• We did not receive convincing evidence that payments to our clients would be made. Therefore, we decided to proceed with the criminal report.
• The promoters attempted to discourage victims from joining the criminal complaint by making false promises of returning the money.

How much do you know about the assets of the Jubilee Group companies, and is it possible to seize them?

• The public prosecutor can locate and freeze the assets of the companies. Moreover, the prosecutor can locate and freeze the assets of individuals associated with these companies, including owners, directors, promoters, etc. According to the information we have, the suspects and individuals associated with them have sufficient assets to compensate our clients. From court practice, every financial transaction leaves a trace that can be followed. The prosecutor will seize all assets, including money, real estate, stocks, cryptocurrencies…

Is there any new information about Jubilee Group activities?

• Since we started working on this case, there have been several promises from Jubilee Group to initiate a compensation plan. After each announcement, we actively engaged in protecting our clients’ interests. However, each time it turned out to be just empty promises aimed at delaying the process to deter investors from filing lawsuits.

Do you have a clear strategy and method for returning the victims’ money?

• We have filed a criminal report with the state prosecutor different countries.
• We actively represent our clients and protect their interests during the proceedings.
• We have submitted compensation claims for each client.
• We will close the case after each client we represent has been paid out.
