Dear clients,

In this newsletter, we answer some of the most frequently asked questions.

How long does the court process take?

Answer: The duration of the court process depends on the complexity of the case, the international element, and the number of victims. On average, such cases take several years, especially those involving international cooperation and the collection of evidence from abroad.

When will the exact amount of compensation be known?

Answer: The exact amount of compensation will only be known after the conclusion of the court proceedings and the assessment of the total value of seized assets. Our office will keep you informed of all important steps in this process.

How will the victims be compensated after the trial concludes?

Answer: After the trial concludes and a verdict is delivered or a plea agreement is reached, the compensation process begins. Seized assets, such as real estate, Bitcoin, cash, and other valuables, are liquidated or converted into cash. Real estate is sold, cash from accounts is directly allocated to the compensation fund, and cryptocurrencies are valued based on the time of seizure or current market value. Finally, the funds are pooled and distributed among the victims, typically based on the scale of their individual claims.

How long does the compensation process take?

Answer: The length of the compensation process depends on legal appeals, the complexity of asset liquidation, and the number of victims. If there are appeals or if assets are difficult to sell, the process may be further delayed. However, the systematic claims we have submitted on your behalf will help speed up this process.

Are there similar cases that have been resolved?

Answer: Recently, there has been an increasing number of successfully resolved cases similar to this fraud. This includes compensation for a large number of victims, even in complex cases with international elements. These examples provide further hope that your case will also be successfully resolved and that justice will be served.
