Dear Clients,
During the course of last week, we received information from clients that they have received a summons from the police in Germany to provide a statement in the Jubilee Group case. This is confirmation for us that this case is proceeding in the right direction.
If you are called to provide a statement, here are aspects to pay attention to:
Accuracy of information: The victim should make an effort to provide accurate information about the incident, time, place, and all relevant details. Inaccurate or contradictory statements can diminish credibility.
Emotional stability: Try to maintain emotional stability while giving a statement. Although it may be challenging, attempt to avoid excessive emotionality that could impact objectivity.
Recalling of the events: Strive to remember the events clearly. If you don’t remember something, it is better to admit it rather than provide inaccurate information. Simply state that it has been a significant amount of time and you do not recall that detail.
Ask the lawyer: If you receive a summons, consult with us before giving a statement. We can provide advice on how to behave and prepare for the encounter.
Clarity of expression: Express yourself clearly and precisely. Avoid confusing statements or inaccuracies that may lead to misunderstandings. Bring evidence with you, such as invoices for payments, screenshots supporting your relationship with the Jubilee Group, emails exchanged, pictures or recordings from Zoom meetings or live presentations, phone records, email addresses of individuals involved, and more.
Here, I want to emphasize that during the statement, explain how the organizers and promoters were convincing, guaranteeing profits from investments. Clarify that their website appeared credible, and after it became impossible to access your accounts and investments, you suspected that it was all a false computer program simulating arbitration that never actually occurred.
Victims’ protection: If you feel any pressure or threats from any party involved in this case, immediately inform the relevant authorities or your lawyer. Your safety and well-being are of paramount importance.
Victims’ rights: Be aware of your rights as a victim, especially regarding compensation for damages that you can claim and are entitled to by law. Feel free to state that you are seeking to recover the amount you invested because you feel deceived.
It is important to remain objective, consistent, and cooperate with judicial authorities to ensure procedural fairness. We are available to assist you at any time until the conclusion of this case.
