In the previous newsletter, we informed you about what we have done so far in this case.
In the upcoming period, we plan to carry out the following activities:
- We are fully committed to accelerating the work of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Zagreb and the police in Singapore.
- We are modifying the existing criminal report to align with the standards set by Europol. Our team is working diligently to ensure a swift completion and submission of the report to the institution. We are convinced that this action will expedite the case’s progression.
- We are working in conjunction with our colleagues in the USA to tailor the criminal complaint to align with American legislation. In the event that the actions taken by the European and Singaporean authorities are deemed unsatisfactory, we shall initiate proceedings in the USA.
- We have the necessary expertise and experience to effectively address this case. We will employ all legally permissible measures across relevant legal entities to facilitate the resolution of the case and assist in the recovery of your investments in Jubilee Group.
- Based on legal precedent, the resolution of cases similar to this one typically takes three to five years. Despite the complexity of this case, ranked as one of the top 20 largest crypto frauds, we expect it to be resolved within this timeframe.
