Mr. Tony Jackson made this announcement from Jubilee Group’s offices in Hong Kong, Unit 05 4/F, Energy Plaza, No 92, Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon.
Since we could not establish communication with Mr. Jackson and his associates through their official email addresses and telephone numbers, we endeavor to develop a communication channel through Mr. Andreas Baese, who is in continuous contact with them.
Below you will find a part of the transcript of the communication between our Office and the Jubilee Group facilitated by Mr. Baese.
Dear Mr. Baese,
Based on your announcements we can see that you are in continuous contact with the founders of Jubilee Ace/Jenco/GTR companies. We would like to organize a meeting with them to come to a peaceful solution in this case. Our office represents more than 400 clients. In case we do not manage to come to some sort of agreement our clients demand we bring forward criminal charges to the prosecutor for high tech crimes at first in Croatia and then in Germany, Austria and in other countries if needed.

Dear Mr. Miljakovic,
thank you for contacting me in this matter and for supporting such a huge number of clients of JA and JENCO. Me and my team are not opposed to your work, we are just looking for the fastest solution to the whole matter.
According to your Updates No. 4, 16 and 17, we understand filing criminal charges comes with a long timeframe (4-6 years like in the cited case from the US) and the risk of your clients not getting paid any kind of compensation.
Also, currently your collected evidence contains materials which were illegally obtained and might even be falsified (criminal charges against the perpetrators are being prepared right now). This is evidenced by some of the false information spread by your clients and the ludicrous “promotion” of myself and PU to “directors” of JA and JENCO.
We are definitely up to discuss the matter further with you and helping you getting in touch with our contacts at JA and JENCO. We would recommend convening a call next week between us, to discuss this matter further.
Please understand, under the current circumstances we are not very inclined in supporting this matter, especially because I will be able to offer my clients a very lucrative solution for their AQN by the end of this month (which could also be offered to your clients).

In regards to the announcement by Mr. Tony Jackson;
– The only acceptable means of payment is BTC. AQN Token does not have any real value. This is a ruse to avoid accountability and to prolong the due payments.
In regards to communication with Mr. Baese and his comments;
– He claims that a criminal investigation takes approximately 4-6 years to complete. The investigation we conducted took us four months due to the considerable effort we put into this case and the innovative method of collecting and sorting out information through our DefendMe Platform.
– Our offer for a peaceful solution is still on the table, and this is the only reason we have not yet officially submitted the criminal charges..

Da Herr Tony Jackson und seine Mitarbeiter nicht auf öffentlich bekannt gegebene Telefonnummern, E-Mails und Adressen reagieren, wir versuchen mit ihnen über Herrn Andres Baese zu kommunizieren, der mit ihnen in ständigem Kontakt steht.

Anhand Ihrer Ankündigungen sehen wir, dass Sie in ständigem Kontakt mit den Gründern der Unternehmen Jubilee Ace / Jenco / GTR stehen. Wir würden gerne ein Treffen mit ihnen organisieren, um in diesem Fall eine friedliche Lösung zu erreichen.
Unsere Kanzlei vertritt mehr als 400 Mandanten. Kommt es zu keiner Einigung, verlangen unsere Mandanten, dass wir bei der Staatsanwaltschaft Strafanzeige wegen Betrugs und anderer Delikte erheben, zunächst in Kroatien, dann in Deutschland, Österreich und ggf. in weiteren Ländern.

vielen Dank, dass Sie mich zu diesem Thema kontaktiert und somit eine so große Anzahl von JA- und JENCO-Kunden unterstützt haben. Mein Team und ich stellen uns Ihrer Arbeit nicht entgegen, wir suchen nur nach der schnellsten Lösung für das Ganze.
Laut Ihren Beiträgen Nr. 4, 16 und 17 verstehen wir, dass die Einreichung einer Strafanzeige einen langen Zeitrahmen (4-6 Jahre wie im zitierten Fall aus den USA) und das Risiko mit sich bringt, dass Ihre Kunden keine Entschädigung erhalten.
Auch die derzeit erhobenen Beweismittel enthalten illegal beschafftes, möglicherweise sogar gefälschtes Material (eine Strafanzeige gegen die Täter ist in Vorbereitung). Dies wird durch einige der von Ihren Kunden verbreiteten falschen Informationen und die lächerliche „Beförderung“ von mir und der Polizeiverwaltung zu den „Direktoren“ von JA und JENCO belegt.
Wir sind auf jeden Fall bereit, dieses Thema weiter mit Ihnen zu besprechen und Ihnen zu helfen, mit unseren Ansprechpartnern bei JA und JENCO in Kontakt zu treten. Wir würden empfehlen, dass wir nächste Woche ein Gespräch zwischen uns einberufen, um dieses Thema weiter zu besprechen.
Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir unter den aktuellen Umständen nicht sehr geneigt sind, diese Angelegenheit zu unterstützen, zumal ich meinen Kunden bis Ende dieses Monats eine sehr lukrative Lösung für ihre AKN anbieten kann (die auch Ihren Kunden angeboten werden könnte).
