As you know, we’re managing the 3Key Lyra case alongside the Jubilee Ace, Jenco, and GTR cases, collectively referred to as the Jubilee Group. Our investigations have unveiled a connection between these cases. Considering that the Jubilee Group case was initiated earlier and is currently in an advanced stage of investigation, it would be beneficial to associate the 3Key Lyra case with it.
In today’s newsletter, you will find another excerpt from the criminal complaint in the Jubilee Group case that we have written and submitted in different jurisdictions:

There is reasonable suspicion that the perpetrators Mr… (17 perpetrators) have conspired to commit the continued criminal offense of Market Abuse, as defined in Article 260, paragraph 2, in conjunction with paragraph 1, points 2 and 3 of the Croatian Criminal Code.
They committed this criminal offense by engaging in fraudulent practices and other forms of deception, contrary to capital market regulations, during the period from 2018 to 2021, within the territories of European Union countries, offshore zones, and other countries such as Malta, the British Virgin Islands, Vanuatu, Hong Kong, Japan, and others. They employed fictitious procedures and deceptive practices in executing transactions and issuing trading orders, as well as disseminating false information through the internet and conducting meetings where they delivered misleading messages regarding financial instruments. The suspects were fully aware that the information they disseminated was false and misleading, and as a result, they obtained substantial financial gain while causing significant financial harm to the victims.
