3Key and Lyra Newsletter No. 77

Dear Clients,

As you have been informed, we are handling the 3Key Lyra case within the Jubilee Group, along with the Jubilee Ace, Jenco, and GTR cases. Our investigations have revealed significant connections between these cases. Given that the Jubilee Group case started earlier and is currently in an advanced stage of investigation, linking the 3Key Lyra case to it would be highly beneficial.

Over the past two weeks, our on-call team has been actively monitoring developments related to this case. Prosecutors and police in Germany have continued to summon victims of this fraud to provide statements. We have been preparing those summoned to give quality testimonies.

Additionally, during this period, we have received many inquiries from victims. We have responded to questions individually, and the most common questions have been systematized, and we will now share the answers with you.

How is the lawsuit progressing?

• Based on the submitted claims through our DefendMe Global platform, we have filed a criminal report with the district prosecutor in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, with two prosecutors in Germany, and with Europol. The prosecutors are summoning the victims to give statements, and we have been preparing the victims to give quality testimonies to the police or prosecutor.

Is there anything else I should know besides the weekly newsletter?

• At this stage of the proceedings, it is not allowed to share information that could affect the case. This is in accordance with the law, as the investigation phase is confidential. The information we provide in the weekly newsletters is adjusted accordingly.

How do I join the lawsuit?

• By completing the application and signing the power of attorney on the DefendMe Global platform in connection with the criminal case against Jubilee Ace, Jenco, GTR and 3Key Lyra. We prepare all claims in accordance with the proper legal form, after which we submit them to the prosecutor.

How are the companies (Jubilee Group) responding to the lawsuit?

• The criminal report is currently in the investigation and planning phase. The prosecutor will then summon the perpetrators to give their statements. When sufficient evidence is gathered, the prosecutor can issue an arrest warrant for the suspects.
