3Key and Lyra Newsletter No. 85
Dear Clients,
As you have been informed, we are handling the 3Key Lyra case within the Jubilee Group, along with the Jubilee Ace, Jenco, and GTR cases. Our investigations have revealed significant connections between these cases. Given that the Jubilee Group case started earlier and is currently in an advanced stage of investigation, linking the 3Key Lyra case to it would be highly beneficial.
Given the significant number of victims involved in this case, the public prosecutor will conduct a detailed assessment to determine how many victims will be interviewed. Once the prosecutor has collected enough information from these interviews, the case will advance to the next stage.
Following the interviews with the victims, the prosecutor may take various actions in the criminal proceedings, depending on the specific circumstances of the case and the applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction. These actions may involve initiating further investigative measures to gather additional evidence, which could include interrogating suspects, conducting financial inquiries, securing physical evidence, and engaging in other pertinent activities.
Once the prosecutor has accumulated sufficient evidence, they will be able to proceed to file charges.
A crucial phase in the legal process, particularly in cases involving financial crimes, is the financial investigation. During this stage, an inquiry into financial transactions, accounts, and other financial activities related to the ongoing case is initiated. This type of investigation is commonly utilized in situations involving cybercrime, financial fraud, corruption, money laundering, tax evasion, and other criminal offenses with financial elements.
It is important to note that if you are contacted by the police and the prosecution to provide your testimony, please prepare evidence of your financial transactions with the 3Key and associated individuals as soon as possible. Provide clear explanations, including how the false promises made by the accused members of the 3Key and their promoters influenced your decision to invest in a non-existent arbitration.
We are following the progress of this case and remain committed to protecting the interests of all our clients.
