3Key and Lyra Newsletter No. 92

Dear Clients,

Currently, we are managing the 3Key Lyra case in connection with the Jubilee Group, which also encompasses the Jubilee Ace, Jenco, and GTR cases. Our investigation has revealed significant interconnections among these cases. Given that the Jubilee Group case was initiated earlier and is now at an advanced stage of investigation, establishing a link with the 3Key Lyra case would be of utmost importance.

We would like to inform you that our office is taking additional steps to intensify the pressure on judicial authorities regarding the Jubilee Group case. In the coming days, we plan to file new criminal complaints, specifically:

• With the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, aiming to expand the scope of the investigation at the national level and ensure more active engagement of relevant institutions.
• With Public Prosecutor’s Office in Germany, where part of the activities related to this case has been identified. This will be the second criminal complaint submitted in Germany in relation to this case with updated information and evidence. We seek to enhance international cooperation, which can contribute to more efficient clarification of the case and identification of all participants.

These additional complaints will help draw attention to key aspects of this case and strengthen the pressure on authorities to expedite the proceedings. The international dimension is particularly significant since many of the suspects operate across borders, requiring coordinated action.
