ProCap Newsletter No. 47
Dear Clients,
Although there are currently no new official updates in the ProCap case, we consider it useful to highlight one key aspect in complex international cases – tracking and preserving evidence and recognizing potential fraud.
In complex investigations, any documentation you have – including contracts, transaction confirmations, emails, screenshots, or witness statements – can be crucial for proving your claim and identifying the responsible parties. Timely and properly preserved evidence facilitates legal work and increases the likelihood of a successful outcome.
Additionally, in cases like this, offers of “fast recovery of funds” or calls from unknown individuals claiming they can speed up the process are common. It is important to know that such contacts are not part of the official procedure, and attempting to act on them directly can result in lost evidence or new fraud. All actions related to your case should be conducted exclusively through your legal representative and the competent authorities.
Properly documenting and preserving information, while avoiding unverified contacts, is the best way to protect your rights and interests while authorities continue their investigation.
Thank you for your trust and patience. Any new and relevant information will be communicated promptly.
Kind regards,
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
