Kako funkcioniše postupak pred tužilaštvom?
Kada se krivična prijava podnese, tužilaštvo pokreće istragu koja obuhvata analizu svih prikupljenih dokaza, kao i svedočanstva oštećenih. U ovom trenutku, važno je da svi oštećeni dostave relevantne dokaze o svojim ulaganjima – potvrde, komunikaciju sa platformom i druge relevantne informacije. Tužilaštvo koristi ove dokaze za izgradnju slučaja i donošenje odluke o eventualnom pokretanju optužnice. Nakon toga, može se zahtevati oduzimanje imovine stečene prevarom, koja se koristi za obeštećenje oštećenih.
Koji su naredni koraci?
Prikupite svu dokumentaciju o svojim uplatama i transakcijama – to uključuje potvrde, prepiske, slike ekrana i druge relevantne dokaze.

Although the criminal complaint regarding the COTP fraud is still being prepared, it is important to inform you of the current steps and what you can do to protect your rights.
How does the procedure work with the prosecutor’s office?
Once the criminal complaint is submitted, the prosecutor’s office initiates an investigation that includes the analysis of all collected evidence, as well as testimonies of the victims. At this stage, it is crucial for all victims to provide relevant evidence of their investments – confirmations, communication with the platform, and other relevant information. The prosecutor’s office uses this evidence to build the case and make a decision about possibly filing charges. After that, the seizure of assets obtained through fraud may be requested, which will be used to compensate the victims.
What are the next steps?
Collect all documentation regarding your payments and transactions – this includes confirmations, correspondence, screenshots, and other relevant evidence.
Register as a victim in the procedure once the complaint is filed, as this will allow your data to be included in the investigation.
Be cautious of new scams – many fraud victims are now trying to exploit investors’ uncertainty by offering a “quick money return.” We recommend consulting with our team before taking any further steps.
