Dear Clients,

Over the past week, we have submitted new criminal complaints and thoroughly reviewed all cases in which we have filed complaints with the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office – Special Department for High-Tech Crime. We have received confirmation that all cases have been forwarded to the prosecutors for further action.

We would like to offer some advice on how to identify callers from unknown numbers. If you receive calls from an unknown number, you can use the following applications:

Viber: Enter the number in the search field without adding it to your contacts. If the number is registered on Viber, the name and possibly a picture of the owner will be displayed.

WhatsApp: Add the number to your contacts and open the application. If the number is registered on WhatsApp, you will be able to see the owner’s picture, but not the name.

We recommend avoiding apps and websites that claim to reveal the identity of callers, as they are often unreliable and insecure. If you receive calls from a hidden number, the only way to determine the caller’s identity is through relevant authorities, such as the police or the court.

If you suspect any fraud or have had experiences with similar situations, please contact our support team immediately.

Sincerely
Attorney Zoran Miljaković
