Cybercrime Southeast Europe Newsletter No. 30

Dear Clients,

Last week, we informed you that we had filed two new criminal complaints with the Prosecutor’s Office for High-Tech Crime against the fraudulent platforms “MarketsTrading” and “Compire Group.” Since then, our office has continued to work on these cases, closely monitoring developments and gathering additional evidence to expedite legal proceedings. We would also like to inform you that we are actively working on all other cyber fraud cases, dedicating our full attention to protecting the rights of our clients.

What can you expect next?

In the coming stages, we anticipate that the Prosecutor’s Office will initiate investigations against those responsible for these platforms. Our office will continue to cooperate with the relevant authorities and international partners to ensure that your rights are protected and justice is served. We are committed to these, as well as all other active cases, providing legal support and protection to all clients who have been victims of cyber fraud.

Your support is crucial!

If you have been a victim of these or similar frauds, we encourage you to reach out to us. Any new information can be of great importance for our ongoing actions. Our legal team is here to assist you and guide you through the process of recovering your lost funds.

Sincerely,

Attorney Zoran Miljaković
