Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you about a recent operation conducted by the authorities of Serbia in cooperation with the investigative bodies of Germany and Cyprus, which resulted in the dismantling of an international network of internet fraud through so-called call centers that solicited citizens to invest in cryptocurrencies.

During the operation, an illegal call center was discovered in Belgrade, where several dozen employees were found. According to official information, approximately 120 victims have been identified, suffering losses of around 12 million euros. However, German investigators estimate that the total amount of fraud could reach at least 300 million euros, with suspects from various countries involved, including the main perpetrator from Cyprus.

At this time, we have no information indicating that our clients have been directly affected by these frauds. We remain in contact with the prosecutor’s office and will keep you regularly updated on any news and developments.

Best regards,

Attorney Zoran Miljaković
